carosello&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 avocado<\/li><li>8 rapanelli<\/li><li>150g ananas pulito<\/li><li>60g alghe wakame<\/li><li>Sesamo q.b.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Per la salsa<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>80g alghe konbu<\/li><li>200ml acqua&nbsp;<\/li><li>200ml salsa soia<\/li><li>50ml mirin<\/li><li>140g zucchero<\/li><li>1 scorza di arancia&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 peperoncino fresco piccante<\/li><li>2 spicchi di aglio<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>La ricetta della pok\u00e8 bowl con ventresca di tonno<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Come preparare la salsa<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Mettere a bagno per 4 ore le alghe kombu.<\/li><li>Cuocere le alghe con tutti gli altri ingredienti, in riduzione.<\/li><li>Una volta densa, filtrare la salsa e lasciarla raffreddare.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Come preparare la pok\u00e8 bowl<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Bollire il riso basmati; nel mentre pulire e tagliare frutta e verdura.<\/li><li>Marinare la ventresca, a cubetti, nella salsa preparata precedentemente, per circa 10 minuti.<\/li><li>Iniziare a impiattare: alghe wakame sul fondo, riso basmati, ventresca di tonno marinata e frutta e verdura, ai lati.<\/li><li>Condire quindi con olio,
